What People Say
Most Liked
Customers rave about the complimentary beans, salsa, and chips served at the start of the meal, setting the tone for a delightful dining experience. The California Burrito is a crowd favorite, renowned for its generous portions and rich flavors. Many appreciate the affordability, with meals typically ranging from $8 to $15, which is excellent considering the quality. The attentive and friendly staff also get high marks, often going above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcome. The spacious layout accommodates families and strollers, making it a perfect place for kids. Plus, the option to enjoy a cold brew, such as Modelo or Dos Equis, adds a relaxed touch to mealtime.
Most Disliked
While the atmosphere is generally praised, some patrons find the decor somewhat simple compared to more upscale Mexican dining options. The restaurant can get busy during peak hours, leading to longer wait times for food and service. A few have noted that the spiciness level of some dishes could be dialed up, stating they prefer a bolder kick. Additionally, a small number of diners wish the menu included more unique regional dishes, as the offerings mainly focus on well-known staples of Mexican cuisine. Despite these minor criticisms, most agree that the pros far outweigh any cons.

Excellent service and food! They start with complimentary beans, salsa and chips, I got the 2 tacos meal and it was only 10.99, it came with rice and beans and was stellar! My friend got the 3 chicken flautist off the ala carte menu and it was only 8.99! We also got a side cheese enchilada for only 3.90 or less? The prices were amazing , and we were in and out within the hour! They also have dessert and breakfast options! Available parking outside in a huge parking lot! Free parking, and is wheel chair accessible. Family friendly , there is definitely space for kids , strollers and for wheel chairs to move through with ease. Sells jarritos in a fridge too!! Overall, I give it a 9/10!! The beans and the rice were excellent too!

They have modelo, Corona , Heineken, & Dos Equis. Give them a try if you’re near by. I got the California Burrito 🌯, I just found a place that food tastes 👅 like home. 🏡

The last time I came, I was in a huge hurry for lunch and they accommodated. So I kind of felt obligated to come tonight for dinner. Except as I walked up, I realized it was 10 min until closing. The man (owner??) assured me it was okay. Once again, accommodating me. If you value great service, avoid the national chains and eat at a place like this. Great authentic food, served by nice people.

This place was awesome!! The sopes were freshly made and so was my gordita. The staff was super friendly and attentive. They went beyond to get us anything we needed. My husband asked them for a spicier salsa and they brought it to us.

The tacos have good amount of meat. I love their cabeza and buche especially. The bean in the burrito tastes good! The chief and the server are really nice.
